The LUXOR Company - Waste Sorting Equipment is a Polish manufacturer of machinery and equipment operating on the market of waste recycling machines since 1997. The main goal of our company is a implementation of optimal solutions for increasing efficiency of waste management, and reducing the risk associated with waste storage and reducing the amount of waste in landfills.

WASTE SORTING LINES
Waste sorting lines are formed by a set of conveyors together with a set of accompanying devices, such as bag opener, screening plant machine, sorting cabins, baling press, PET perforator, separators or shredders. The lines we offer ensure effective segregation and preparation of waste for further recycling, according to accepted principles that meet legal requirements for environmental protection. We carry out projects, support structures, buildings, power supply systems, automation systems.

WHEELED OR TRACKED COMPOST TURNER
We offer devices of Polish production for shifting, aerating and spraying compost prisms with a triangular cross-section. The devices are made in a self-propelled version with its own internal combustion engine, on a 4 x 4 wheeled or tracked chassis, adjusted to the size of prisms with a width of 3.0 up to 5.5 metre and a height of 1.4 - 2.5 metre.

CHANNEL BALING PRESSES
Baling presses for raw material and municipal energy waste. Channel presses with pressure from 45-200 tons with a simple and strong construction ensuring easy operation and long-term reliable operation.

ROUND BALING PRESSES
Stationary or mobile round baling presses are used to compress mixed municipal waste or energy fractions. They make it possible to thicken even small fractions after crushing. Bales are wrapped in netting and foil, which reduces transport costs and allows their storage without any emissions.

STATIONARY DRUM SCREEN
A stationary drum screen is intended for the classification of raw materials, e.g. municipal waste or wood chips or biomass, in sorting lines. The screen is designed and made to separate the material into two or three fractions.

MOBILE DRUM SCREEN
The mobile drum screen has its own internal combustion or electric motor drive and is built on a 1- or 2-axle wheeled chassis. It is designed to screen mature compost as well as mixed municipal waste. We produce screens with a capacity from 12 to 120 m3 / h.

MAGNETIC, PNEUMATIC, OPTICAL AND BALLISTIC SEPARATORS
Offered devices are adapted to individual applications and selected to meet the requirements set by the User.

CLOSED-LOOP COMPOSTING
We design and manufacture closed-loop composting - container and tunnel. The system includes bioreactors, with post-process air aeration and purification, and a computer process control system.

SHREDDER-MIXER
We offer crushing and mixing machines equipped with two or four shafts, used for homogenization of composting raw materials. Mixers are produced in a mobile version on wheels or stationary, with a diesel engine, electric or PTO drive of the tractor. Mixing chamber capacity from 7 m3 to 24 m3.
